RESEARCH & ACHIEVEMENT

    TMMETC has strong power of research and development. There are more than 70% professional people in the specific field, most of whom have obtained the doctor's, master's and bachelor's degree, 23 people have the senior technical titles, 4 people are doctor advisors. Among them, most of the researchers won the state middle-aged and young experts and enjoy the government's special allowance.
    From the time of "the national sixth five-year plan (1981-1985)", well over forty key projects about various aspects of   membrane R & D from the state ministries (or commissions) and Tianjin city were undertaken and performed by TMMETC. The achievement of UF device for electrophoresis   paint   recollection was   recommended   as a new    technology and product of the state. TMMETC drew up national standard and national   environmental   protection   standard   of   UF,   MF and RO, and had more than twenty projects which were awarded   with different kinds and grades   of   "Science and Technology   Advance Prize", and more than twenty patents.
       TMMETC keeps correspondence with a lot of foreign universities and scientific research institutes, such as Canada WTC, Singapore National University. TMMETC signed a contract with Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research for science and technology long-term cooperation. Now, TMMETC is the chairman of Chinese Membrane Technological Standard Committee, standing council unit of Chinese Society of Seawater Desalination and Water Re-use and the committee member specialized in Waste   Water   Treatment of Chinese Society of Chemical Industry. The production of membrane in TMMETC   was put into the "Torch Plan" sponsored by the State Commission of   Science and Technology and Tianjin vital science and technology industrial projects.
